AutoTranscribe
When a company uses AutoTranscribe, we process recordings, transcripts and summaries on behalf of the company. The company is responsible for them, so please ask the company about them. Everything is processed by Microsoft in the EU, and nothing is used to train artificial intelligence. No one at our company has access to recordings, transcripts or summaries. Only the software can read them. The upload page uses only two cookies, which are needed for sign-in and upload.
Who receives the information
Providers that process it for us, such as hosting, email and calendar. The website is hosted by Hetzner in Germany. If you accept analytics or marketing, Google, LinkedIn, X and Leadfeeder receive information about your visit and also use it under their own terms (see Cookies). Authorities receive information when the law requires it. Some of the companies are American or send information to the United States, such as Google and LinkedIn. Transfers outside the EU are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and a copy of your information to take elsewhere. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and you can always withdraw consent to cookies under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Write to info@automatesystems.ai. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
