A small AI software partner focused on practical B2B solutions, automation, and operations.
Automate Systems was founded by Torben Qvortrup with a focus on turning AI from idea and hype into software that works inside real business workflows.
Before founding Automate Systems, Torben co-founded an AI tool that helped large companies with CSRD work. That experience shaped a practical approach to B2B software, where AI is connected to data, processes, and concrete business needs.
Our approach
We treat AI as software development, not as a loose experiment. First we understand the workflow, then we assess data and systems, and only then do we build the solution.
That means we prioritize small, useful first versions over large unclear projects. The goal is to build something employees can actually use in daily operations.
We mainly work with internal AI tools, automation of repeated processes, document handling, and integrations between existing systems.
